At Elysian, we strive to provide you with the finest quality ethnic wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All price tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
• Custom-made or altered outfits are not eligible for returns.
• Returns are subject to a quality check by our team upon arrival.

Ordered the wrong size? Don't worry! We offer one-time free exchange for size issues.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• In case the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel:

• Order cancellation is only possible before the item has been shipped.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the return policy.
• For cancelled orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
